VSE’s Enterprise Excellence^SM (E2) model addresses all aspects of an organization’s business decision processes, including its Quality Management Systems, as well as the Voice of the Customer, and it implements Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools. VSE is continually improving and strengthening its Enterprise Excellence^SM product, and as part of this improvement effort, featured partners Simpler, Inc. and J.D. Power and Associates have joined the E2 Team. Simpler strengthens the Lean component, and J.D. Power provides its expert knowledge and experience to improve the Voice of the Customer component of the Enterprise Excellence^SM model.

VSE and its featured partner, Exponent, Inc., are providing technical support in Kuwait to support combat robot platforms attached to the 101st Infantry Division (Airborne). The team is providing comprehensive logistics and technical support to maintain combat robot operations. These efforts are being conducted under VSE’s CECOM Rapid Response contract.

VSE is pleased to be a Gold Corporate Member of the Virginia National Guard Association. On behalf of National Guard readiness, VSE is developing concepts and legislative action plans to support funding and implementation of innovative corrosion control programs, technology insertion and obsolescence management programs for legacy equipment, and organizational transformation through the deployment of Lean Six Sigma efficiency and effectiveness improvement programs.
