VSE’s policy and regulatory analysis services include the interpretation of existing and emerging environmental regulations, evaluation of their potential implications from the perspective of the regulated community, and development of guidance and strategies for complying with those regulations.

VSE offers extensive subject matter expertise in a variety of environmental statutes and their associated regulations, including: the Atomic Energy Act; the Clean Air Act; the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA); the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
