VSE develops and delivers the programs used to train personnel to operate and support a wide variety of systems. This includes individual and crew training, new equipment training, and logistics support planning for training devices.

VSE’s training personnel have developed and integrated training and training support programs that include management sciences, industrial/trade crafts, new equipment training, operator training, and maintenance training programs. VSE has extensive experience planning, developing, and conducting training programs based on existing curricula, modifying existing curricula, or developing new curricula in hands-on, classroom, and Computer Based Training (CBT)/e-learning environments.

With VSE’s ability to draw on its internal capabilities in engineering disciplines, equipment maintenance, technical manuals/technical data packages, and logistics, we are able to ensure that training programs are developed and delivered with integrated technical and instructional systems design expertise to deliver the most effective programs possible.
